Logistics

  • Professionalism extends to my presence on the floor. I default to smart-corporate attire (suit/blazer) to ensure we blend in seamlessly with your guests and executives.

  • I understand that corporate events are live and dynamic. I offer flexibility for on-the-day extensions at a pre-agreed hourly rate, ensuring no critical moments are missed if your keynote or gala runs behind schedule.

  • Yes. While I am based in Sydney, I frequently travel for national summits and interstate brand activations. Please contact me for a custom proposal including travel logistics.

Delivery

  • Yes. For events requiring real-time engagement, I can provide a dedicated "Live-Send" process to get high-res images to your social media team while the event is still in progress.

  • To ensure the highest brand standards, I provide fully edited, high-resolution JPEG files ready for print and web. I do not release raw files, as the post-production process is essential to the quality and color accuracy we promise.

  • Yes. All my corporate packages include a standard commercial license for PR, social media, internal reports, and general marketing. For global high-scale advertising campaigns, please let me know so I can ensure the licensing covers your specific needs.

Admin

  • I am accustomed to corporate procurement processes. I require a retainer to secure the date, with the balance due prior to the final event date. I can provide full tax invoices for your accounts department.

  • I maintain a secure backup of your final gallery for 12 months following the event. We recommend downloading and backing up your assets immediately upon delivery.
