How far in advance should I book?

Most corporate clients book 2–4 weeks out. Q4 (Oct–Dec) fills quickly — if your event falls in conference season, enquire as early as possible.

How are images delivered?

Via a secure private gallery — hi-res and web-ready files both included. PR highlight selects within 24 hours, full gallery within 3 business days.

What's your cancellation policy?

50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations 14+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Inside 14 days, the deposit is retained.

Do you travel outside Sydney CBD?

Yes. No travel fees within 15km of the CBD. Greater Sydney, regional NSW and interstate all available — contact me for a tailored quote.

Can we use the images for marketing?

Yes — marketing usage rights included. Use across social, press, internal comms and sponsor decks. Extended licensing for large-scale campaigns on request.

Do you offer retainer arrangements?

Yes — several clients retain me for quarterly or monthly events at preferred rates. Contact me to discuss a retainer arrangement.
